Very happy with the service provided by Temper Troops. James and Ethan, our installers, were very friendly, and very good at their job. Things were installed quickly and efficiently, and now my house is wonderfully cool and comfortable. Highly recommend Temper Troops to anyone getting AC work done.

Great communication and explanation of process. Provided variety of quotes and options for ducted cooling - whole process was easy and straightforward. They did a great job of the install and left the place tidy afterwards. They even have a supervisor come out to check the job a few days later and make sure we were happy with everything. Would recommend to others and will continue using Temper Troops for servicing and maintenance in the future.

From the first contact to the installation I could not fault the very professional service.
The very detailed quote to the communication from all the different sections of the business was top notch.
Week of installation I received a reminder text and the guys were here exactly on time.The 2 guys were well presented and very pleasant.
Hats off to young Connor, it was his 3rd week on the job and his supervisor was very impressed as was I.We kept them hydrated as it was an extremely hot day. And on top of this they cleaned everything up! 👍👍👍👍👍Thank you

Thanks to the legends at Temper Troops for upgrading our ducted air con system. Everything in the process was seamless from start to finish. The communication was fantastic, the boys were on time, worked hard and were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

The installation was good, just the follow up not so good, twice I waited for them to come with the threat that if I wasn't here they would charge me $189 , yet they didn't turn up in the alloted times. Then when they did we find out a part has to be replaced-in a brand new unit!
