Council has partnered with My Community Directory to make it easier for locals to connect with clubs and groups offering free and low-cost community services, programs, and activities around the Moreton Bay Region!
Mayor Peter Flannery said the Moreton Bay Community Directory will be a one-stop shop for everything from hobbies to health, education and environment.
“We’ve improved the search capabilities to cover 28 new categories in local disability services, pet facilities, volunteering, counselling and much more,” he said.
“Good information is sometimes hard to find, which is where the directory can help people searching for services and the local organisations offering them.
“So if you’re an organisation offering free or low-cost community services or activity in the Moreton Bay Region, please register today.
“If you’d used our old platform, get online and check out the new one.
“We’ve improved the new search engine with My Community Directory to improve its usability, so there’s a new look and feel to make it easier to find services you need.
“The best part? It’s free to list and free to search!”
